Donna Dean Dobbins, 48 OCEANSIDE-- Lifelong North County resident, Donna Dean Dobbins passed away on Monday, November 30, 2009 in Southport, North Carolina with her family by her side. She was born at Camp Pendleton on March 2, 1961. Donna was a coach operator for the North County Transit District and she prized serving her bus riders. She was a selflessly giving and deeply loving woman who treasured family, friends, and fun. Our hearts will forever remember her charming personality and beautiful warm soul.
A graveside service will be held for family and close friends at Eternal Hills Memorial, Oceanside,at 10am on Saturday, December 5, with Pastor Don Tardiff officiating.
