Pfc. Earl Falconbury, brother of Paul Falconbury of Danville, was killed in action March 14 in Vietnam. He suffered burns in a crash of a helicopter. He was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was 18 years old. Funeral services were Wednesday afternoon from the North Salem Church of God with burial in the Fairview Cemetery. The Porter Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Surviving with the brother are the mother, Mrs. Charles R. Kraczer, Hammond; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Falconbury, Barnard; and three half brothers and sisters. [April 3, 1969, Republican]
