Howard O. Crutchfield, 69, of Arlington, TX formerly of Cawood, KY, died Thursday, July 1, 2010 from injuries sustained in an ATV accident in Bell Co., KY. while home visiting family and friends.
He was born April 3, 1941, in Cawood, KY to the late Joe Neal and Ada Browning Crutchfield.
Survivors include his daughter, Sherri Whitesell and husband, Kyle; sons, Mike Crutchfield and wife, Monique, and Mark Crutchfield; four grandchildren; brothers, Jess Crutchfield and wife, Johnnie, Delmar Crutchfield and wife, Gwen; and sister, Nadine Hill and husband, Robert. He also leaves several cousins including special cousins, Delmar Browning, Robin Browning Brock and June Estes Bray all of Harlan.
Cremation was chosen and performed by Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home of Harlan.
Memorial services where held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 9, at Retta Baptist Church in Burleson, TX.
