VALPARAISO -- Private family services will be conducted at a later date for Robert Virgil Stipp, 72, of Valparaiso, who died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1992.
No visitation; Bartholomew Funeral Home, Valparaiso, handled arrangements.
He was born April 28, 1920, in Valparaiso, the son of Mural and Katharine (Bowman) Stipp.
Stipp was an accountant with McGills Manufacturing Company and a member of BPOE 500, Masonic Lodge 137 of Porter and former secretary for the Elks.
On Sept. 16, 1961, in Stevensville, Mich., he married Sally Stark, who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Les of Michigan; two brothers, Eugene of Valparaiso and Howard of Texas.
