She was a member of St. James AME Church at Eagle Mills.
She was a former employee of East Camden Industrial Park and Arkla Gas Co.
Survivors include a son, Charles J. Griffith of Eagle Mills; a daughter, Earlene Stennis of Pine Bluff; a brother, J.C. Chisolm of Richmond, Calif.; three sisters, Mammie Burns of Jackson, Miss., Amanda Bender of Mosedes, Miss., and D'Ella Barron of Forest, Miss.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred Griffith; a daughter, Magdalene Broadnax; and a grandchild.
