Mrs. Caroline Karau, of the town of Pine River, aged 75 years, died last Monday night on general debility. She was born in Germany and came to this country 32 years ago. She is survived by her husband and twelve children. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at St. Stephen's Church, conducted by M.M. Schmidt.

Caroline (Semerau) Karau was born October 31, 1843 in Pempersin, Kreis Flatow, West Prussia which was a former province of Germany. She arrived in America December 12, 1885 - Port of New York on the S.S. Main.
