CHARLES HAMILTON CULPEPPER, JR., 56, went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on July 5, 2007, at his home in Greenville, South Carolina. He was born on July 12, 1950. He was a graduate of Frayser High School in 1968. He left Memphis in the early 80's to attend Bob Jones University where he received his B.A. and M.A. in Bible and Pastoral Studies and began pastoring in 1988. Chuck has been the pastor of Faith Baptist Church of Reidsville, SC since 1995. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Janice Edmiston Culpepper; two daughters Amy Davis and Karen Culpepper; a son, Jeffrey Culpepper, all of Greenville; his mother Dorothy Culpepper of Bartlett, TN; a sister Sara Hales of Munford, TN, and a brother, David Culpepper, of Bartlett, TN. He also leaves two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Greenville, SC.
