Billy Ray Hughes, age 45, died Friday December 26, 2008 at his home.
He was born in Laurens and was the son of Bill and Eva Hughes.
Mr. Hughes was a truck driver and was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy J. Hughes of the home; four sons, Jordan Michael Hughes, Joshua Warren Hughes, Brandon Wayne Hembree and Steven Ryan Hembree all of Clinton; a brother, James Allen Hughes and his wife, Leslie of Clinton; a niece and nephew, Ashley and Christopher Hughes.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the First Pentecostal Holiness Church with interment in the Bethany Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
