Lorina Fuller Lagman was born in New Orleans, Louisana, the daughter of Charles and Johanna Donahoe Fuller. She married Lorence Louis Lagman January 16, 1888 and they had one daughter Lena Lagman 1888-1888, and one son Edgar Lorence Lagman 1889-1944.

As a young worman, she suffered from fainting spells and seizures and long periods of depression. Her husband eventually abandoned her and she was declaired indigent and insane and was comitted to the Home for the Incurables in New Orleans.

She was admitted to the East Louisana State Mental Hospital, Jackson, Louisana April 6, 1923, as Laura Fuller, pat.#10,785. Diagnosis was Epileptic Psychosis and Eplieptic deterioation. She remained in the hospital until her death on July 22,1930.

Due to the economic conditions of the depression, her son told the hospital to bury her in the Potters' Field, with intentions of returning her remains to New Orleans in the future.

There is no grave marker, only records of her burial from the hospital.
