Charles P. Bruner, 80, of Eckhart, died today in Sacred Heart Hospital where he had been admitted Thursday. He had been in failing health two years. A native of Eckhart, he was the son of the late George and Elizabeth (Kirby) Bruner. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Stella (Engle) Bruner; a daughter, Mrs. May B. Bolt, Eckhart; a brother, Thomas Bruner, Frostburg; a grandson, Major William J Bolt, Panama Canal Zone, and three great-granddaughters. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m . A Christian wake service will be, held at the funeral home tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.
