A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 17th, from 5:00-8:00PM at Accent Funeral Home, 1303 N. Main Street, Meridian, and also on Monday one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery.

Michel was born on March 15, 1949 in Nampa, ID to Lundy Ray and Bonetia Loosli in Nampa, Idaho. Michel's early years were spent in Caldwell; Van Buren Elementary, Jefferson Junior High, and Caldwell High School.

He entered the Army National Guard in 1967 and served 26 years, retiring as Master Sergeant in 1993. His passion for serving his country was passed on to his children, who have or still are serving our country.

Upon his retirement from the Guard, he was able to pursue his second passion for woodworking and construction. He worked with Beechwood Builders for many years before retiring for good.

While working for Beechwood Builders, he met the love of his life and soul mate; his wife, Krista. Together, he and Krista shared many joys in raising their combined families and grandchildren, enjoying many happy moments in their beautifully landscaped paradise, along with their menagerie of beloved pets.

Mike loved all outdoor activities; hunting, fishing, golfing and gardening. He was a member of the LDS Church.

Mike is survived by his wife, Krista; his mother, Bonetia; his 12 children: Chuck, Nikki, Damon, Christopher, Stephanie, Nathan, Raina, Ami, Andrea, Jeremy, BreeAnn and Emily; his 26 grandchildren; his siblings, Patty, Juli, Joy-Lynn, Laura, Jana, Connie, Bonnie, Marci and brother Deny; great-niece, Jacie; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, L. Ray Loosli, and grandson, Trevor Lee Titus.
