He was born April 15, 1919 in St. Joseph, a son of Arthur and Bessie Huddleston Corray. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, one great-granddaughter and one great-great-granddaughter.He married Hazel Simmons on Jan. 25, 1946 in Urbana. She survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Norris L. Stephens; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
He served during World War II in the First Battalion Seabees. He worked at the University of Illinois Physical Plant in the sheet metal shop.
