BIG SANDY - Michelle Rai Bridges, 39, died Sunday, April 11, 1999, in Tyler, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church on the Rock in Quitman. The Rev. David Jackson and the Rev. Jim Hester will officiate. Burial: Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola.
Pallbearers: Danny Stone, Steve Bowser, Connan Welch, James Pharr, Kenny Bridges and Bobby Trimble.
Memorials: Michelle Bridges Memorial Fund at Longview Bank & Trust in Longview.
Michelle Rai Bridges was born Sept. 27, 1959, in Dallas. She lived in Wood County for the past seven years and was previously an Arlington resident. She was a member of Church on the Rock in Quitman. She owned hair salons in Arlington and Longview and was the cheerleading coach in Longview for junior high and varsity.
Survivors: Husband, Bryan Bridges of Big Sandy; parents, John and Judy Holley of Gilmer; daughters, Breanne Bridges and Brittany Bridges, both of Big Sandy; and sisters, Lory Holley Powers of Arlington and Kim Holley Smith of Bentonville, Ark.
