ARTHUR J. BERGERON
Arthur J. Bergeron, 74, of 130 Ward St. died yesterday in Zambarano Memorial Hospital, Wallum Lake, after a five month illness. He was the husband of Mrs. Yvonne (Lavallee) Bergeron.
Born in Woonsocket, May 22, 1893, son of the late Maxine and Olive (Peloquin) Bergeron, he was a retired carpenter.
A Navy veteran of World War I, he was a member of Andrew F. Young Post, American Legion, and the carpenters and joiners union.
Besides his widow, he is survived by three sons, Norman M. of Hopkington, Mass, Norbert A. of Whitman, Mass, and Earnest R. of Lanham, Md.; a sister, Mrs. Rose Ethier of Sorel, Que. And 13 grandchildren.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8 from the Bergeron Funeral Home with a solemn requiem mass at 9 in Precious Blood Church. Buriel will be in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
