Richard G. Fowler, of Hanover, entered into God's eternal care February 28, 2012.
Born July 10, 1946, in Hanover, he was the son of the late Robert J. and Elva (Spencer) Fowler.
Richard was retired from Kemp Industries in Florida where he tested valves for the airline industry. Prior to this, he was employed as an exterminator for Truly Nolan.
He enjoyed sports, photography and fast cars. He especially loved spending time with his family and his pet cats.
Richard is survived by his brother, Robert J. Fowler, Jr. and wife, Judy of Hanover; nephews, Todd Fowler and wife, Ashley, Brian Fowler; nieces, Lori Wynegar and husband, Dave, Tammy Arden and her husband, Tony; as well as nine great-nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by one nephew, Timothy Farver. A service to celebrate and remember Richard's life will be held 11 A.M. Saturday at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover, with the Rev. Philip K. Nace officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's (Dubs) Church Cemetery, Hanover.
