Theodore Hendershot of Maple Street, Lebanon, died Friday, Aug. 29, 1975 in Hunterdon Medical Center at the age of 87.

Born in Round Valley, he had lived in the Lebanon area all his life. He was a retired carpenter and contractor.
He was the oldest member of the Lebanon Reformed Church, a 50 year member of Herbert Cawley Post American Legion, High Bridge, a charter member and recent honorary member of Lebanon Volunteer Fire Co., and a member of the State Fireman's Association. He was an Army veteran of World War I.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Hoffman Hendershot, a son, Jene Foster of Plainfield, a brother Robert of Whitehouse, and two grandchildren.
