Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - LaVynda Branch Coit passed from this world on March 4, 2014, at her home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. LaVynda was born in Abilene, Texas, the daughter of Leonard and Edna Branch. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Leonard and her husband Tom Coit of Midland. She is survived by her sons Michael Coit and his wife Renae, and Bruce Coit. Grandchildren; Katherine Coit, Lindsey Coit, Taylor Coit, Zachery Coit and great grandson Landon Coit. A beachside memorial was held in Los Animas, Jalisco, Mexico.
