Elizabeth McQuiston married William Hastings Hall Jr on August 29, 1844 in LaGrange County, Indiana.

This union produced eleven living children six sons and five daughters. Children were: Johanna McQuiston, Sarah, John Frank, Edward Perry, Charles Elias, Nancy Alice, Charles Freeland, Beriah Battles, Eugene Hastings, Mary Catharine, and Abigail Margaret.

Naturally, Elizabeth's occupation was a wife and housekeeper with this many children.

Both she and William died in Weston, Umatilla, Oregon.
