Henry Rufall (sometimes spelled Kufall) was a United States soldier during the American Civil War of 1861 to 1865.

He enlisted on August 7th, 1863, at New York City, New York, for three years service at the age of 46 and was mustered into service as a Private in Company G of the 17th New York Veteran Volunteer Infantry Regiment on October 17th, 1863. He served with the regiment in its campaigns through Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. He took ill as a result of this service and was sent to a hospital in the north.

Private Rufall died of disease on March 1st, 1865, at Mound City, Illinois.
