She was born May 4, 1910, to Jacob and Tessie Schwartz in Kenmare. She married Robert Clark.

Survivors: sons, Robert Jr., Minot, James and Larry, both of Wilbur, Jack, Medford, Ore.; daughters, Gloria Wheeler, Auburn, Wash., Dorothy Feldkircher, Newton Square, Pa., Karen Layton, of Wilbur; 31 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; 33 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Otis, of Minnesota, A.D. and Ralph, both Kenmare; sisters, Evelyn McGillivary, Everson, Wash., Opal Townsend, Minot.
