Adam Michael Clark, 40, formerly of Ottumwa, died February 1, 2012 at his home in New Kensington, PA.

He was born September 24, 1971 in Ottumwa to Michael F. and Marcella Jacquinot Clark. He married Jody Brown. They later divorced.

He had worked at Al-Jon and was a roofing contractor. Adam was a free spirit and loved his family more than anything. He was a drummer and had a amazing ability to help others overcome problesm.

Surviving are his mother, Marcella Jacquinot of Ottumwa; his father, Michael F. Clark of Ottumwa; two sisters, April(Mark)Kulmatycki-Lewis and Alesia(Mark)Van Velsor both of Ottumwa; nieces and nephews, Adam and Arielle Kulmatycki, Khyia and Damien(Raelyn)Lewis, Drake and Dawson Lewis, Kaley and Karsten Van Velsor; great-niece and great-nephew, Ava and Adyen Robinson; his grandfather, Clarence Jacquinot of Ottumwa and special friend, Sandy Seim.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Betty Jacquinot, Harry and Lottie Clark.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his family in care of Marcella Jacquinot, Ottumwa, Iowa. Reece Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
