Her first husband was Benjamin McCullough of Clay county married 17 Jun 1888 in Center Point, IN. The couple divorced. Minnie married Harry Crooks on 3 Aug 1897 in Clay Co, IN but this marriage was short lived and ended in divorce. Her final marriage was to Edward Jacob on 5 Jul 1927 in Sullivan Co, IN.

Minnie had 3 children with Benjamin McCullough. Hugh Waugh mentioned in her obituary was born John McCullough. Because of financial difficulties, he was later adopted in Clay county, IN on January 25, 1897 by Hugh Waugh and Margaret Sharp Fyfe but stayed in close contact to his birth family.

Mrs. Minnie McCullough Jacob, 65 years old, died at 4:25 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the residence, 410 Locust street. She is survived by the husband Edward; one daughter, Miss Elizabeth Gilmour of Princeton; two sons, Hugh Waugh and Thomas Raymond McCullough; three brothers, Morgan and Dave Wesley, both of Terre Haute, and Dan Wesley of Brazil; one sister, Margaret McGoveran of Terre Haute, and seven grandchildren. She was a member of the Golden Hour church. The body was taken to the Thomas Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in the Shepardsville cemetery.
