She was born October 24th 1922 in Climax, Michigan to the late Fredrick and Eva (Roe) Jochem who preceded her in death, along with two brothers Bubby and Richard Jochem.
She married William Much in Gary Indiana who also preceded her in death in 1971.
Geraldine is survived by one daughter She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As a young girl Geraldine worked at her uncle Del's Restaurant in Cassopolis, Michigan. As she grew older she went to school and became an insurance agent until her retirement. Geraldine loved genealogy and her travel to different places doing genealogy research.
Services will be held Friday, May 6th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Church, 105 W. 2nd St., Galien, Mi., with Pastor Robert Hamilton officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service also at the church.
