Funeral services for Mr. Seth Hansen, age 20, of Oxford, will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Harvest Church of God with Bishop Jerry Irwin and Reverend Don Maddox officiating. Interment will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the service time at the church. Mr. Hansen died December 28, 2009 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Mr. Hansen had attended Oxford Schools for most of his life. He had many hobbies some of which included working on cars, hunting, and fishing. He loved to ride motorcycles and just enjoyed being outdoors. Although he was reserved, he was generous, kind-hearted, and shared with others. Seth attended Harvest Church of God. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Juanita Hansen. He is survived by his father, Rick Hansen; his mother, Teresa Watkins; a brother, Chris Hansen; his grandfather, Herman Hansen; a niece, Kylie Hansen; and a step sister, Lacy. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
