Bobie Joy Osterhout, 49, passed away May 9, 2011. Survived by her sons, Jon Steven Osterhout Jr. (fiancée, Ashley Scheid) of Pueblo and Joshua Ives Osterhout of San Diego, Calif.; mother, Esther Stewart; brothers, Larry, Paul and Jack Rose; and sister, Annie Stevens. Bobie was preceded in death by her husband, Jon Steven Osterhout Sr. They were married Nov.14 1981 in Stockton, Ca.Bobie jo was born to Larry and Esther Rose on Feb. 2, 1962, in Bakersfield, Calif.
