AXTON, VA - Edwin Kyle Bailey, 70, of 252 Morning Glory Lane, Axton, VA, died Thursday September, 9, 2010, at his home.

He was born April 20, 1940, in Windmill Gap, WV to the late Myrtle B. Bailey and Clinton Bailey.

He was also preceded in death by two sons, Edwin Kyle Bailey Jr, and Frank Lee Bailey; two brothers, Walter and John Bailey.

Edwin was retired from Safeway Foods where he worked over 20 years as a truck driver, and was a veteran of the Air Force.

Edwin was the husband of Helen Merritt Bailey. Other survivors include one daughter, Sherie Bailey of Saint Leonard, MD; one sister, Phyllis Pantella of Ellington, CT; three brothers, Larry Bailey of Axton, VA, Warren Bailey of FL, and Morgan Bailey of NC; three grandchildren, Amber, Holly, and John Bailey all of North Beach, MD.

Memorial Services were held at 7:00 pm Monday, September 13, 2010 at Norris Funeral Services Chapel with Brother Payton Walker officiating.
