Mrs. Tammy Wiggins Bell, 52, passed away Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015 in Lakeland, Fla.

Tammy was born Jan. 11, 1963, in Bartow, Fla., and was a life-long resident of Fort Meade.

She was a homemaker, mother and wife, the most honorable profession, and a graduate of Fort Meade High School, Class of 1981.

Sweet Tammy, our angel on earth has been called home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ, who she served daily. Tammy was a very faithful member of the First United Methodist Church of Fort Meade where she served on the bereavement committee, serving food to countless families, and she was an active teacher in the yearly Vacation Bible School program.

She was preceded in death by her father, Horace Wiggins, and her grandmother, Wanda “Granny” Westbrook.

Tammy is survived by the love of her life of 38 years, Ronnie Bell; sons, Tanner Bell and Hunter Bell; daughter, Kaylee Bell, all of Fort Meade, Fla; mother, Barbara Jean Westbrook Lucky, Fort Meade, Fla.; brother, John Wiggins, Bartow, Fla.; sisters, Judy Bobbitt, Bartow, Fla., Barbara Ann Dempsey, Fort Meade, Fla., Donna Hartsaw, Bartow, Fla., Tina Colvin, Bartow, Fla., and Jenny Lucky, Fort Meade, Fla.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Virginia Bell, Fort Meade, Fla.; brothers-in-law, Robbie Bell and wife, Melony, Paul Bell and wife, Kim, all of Fort Meade, Fla.; sister-in-law, Leigh Bell Belcher and husband, Joe, Fort Meade, Fla.; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9-11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at the First Baptist Church, 307 E. Broadway, Fort Meade, Fla.

Funeral service is in the church sanctuary at 11 a.m. with Rev. Kenny Slay and Rev. Marion Sortore officiating.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Meade.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing, may make contributions in her memory to the United Methodist Children’s Home, 51 Children’s Way, Enterprise, FL 32725.
