Lois Maxine (Feagin) Etheridge, 89, of Bald Knob, Ark., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011.
Mrs. Etheridge was a loving wife to her husband, J. Ray Etheridge, who preceded her in death in 2006, and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a devout Christian and, while living in New Mexico, was a member of the First Baptist Church in Alamogordo, where she and Ray developed many long lasting friendships.
She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Bald Knob and attended as long as health permitted.
Survivors include her son Shelby Louis Etheridge (Angela), of Fayetteville, Ark.; daughter Penny Jo Mason, of Bald Knob; grandchildren Michael Etheridge (Megan), JoLee Bonnell (Ty), Megan Pearson (Kody), Dereck Etherideg, Rachel Etheridge and Zach Etheridge; and great-grandchildren Micayla, Kristen, Keily, Abigail, Aidan, Christopher and Riley, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
Services are Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at 10 a.m. at the Central Baptist Church with brother Paul Reams officiating. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery (Steward Addition).
Memorials can be made to the Central Baptist Church or the Shady Grove Cemetery (Steward Addition).
