Darrell O'Neal Hurst, 67, of Winter Haven, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Winter Haven Hospital due to heart failure.
Born September 29, 1946 in Winter Haven, to Henry and Lucille Drawdy Hurst, he was a life long resident of the area. He was self-employed and was a member of the Winter Haven Seventh Day Adventist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father and a brother, Danny Hurst.
Darrell is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sally, a son, Matt Hurst of Auburndale; 2 daughters, Sheila Hurst and her husband, Donnie Bastin of Auburndale and Jan Hurst of Auburndale, a brother, Ron Hurst of Auburndale; and 4 grandchildren.
