John W. Dietrich, eighty-two, died at his home, 753 Marietta Avenue, at 2:30 a. m. Thursday after an illness of several years. He was born in Eden a son of the late Daniel and Emma Rockerfield Dietrich and was a retired carpenter. He is survived by his wife, who was Mary E. Boyd before marriage, three daughters, Mrs. R. L. Kincaid, Arlington, Va.; Mrs. Earle L. Moffitt, State College; and Mrs. James H. Ross, of this city; also two sisters, Mrs. Ella Shaub and Mrs. Samuel Edwards, of this city.
