Arrena (Mclin) Latimer was the daughter of Thomas T. and Nancy Jane (Taylor) McLin. She was married to Lyman Lee Latimer on 22 May 1870 at Holton, Kansas. They had six children: Sarah Jane (Jennie), Rebecca Elizabeth (Becky), Mary Minerva (Min), Lena Mercedes, Charlotte Arrena (Lottie), and Grover Lee. Her husband preceded her in death in 1915 and Lottie in 1934.
