Elwood--Harvey Cromer, 65, Rr2, Elwood, died at 3 p.m. Thursday at his home. Mr Cromer was born Aug 28, 1894 in Madison County and was the son of Charles and Gertrude Fitch Cromer. He married Sarah Young, who died in 1930. Mr Cromer was a veteran of World War I. Surviving are two brothers, Earl and Lawrence Cromer, both of Elwood; a sister, Miss Georgia Cromer, Elwood and a step-son, John Young, Lima Ohio. Friends are being received at the Copher and Fesler Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial in the Elwood City Cemetery.
