Richard Dillingham was the son of Michael T. and Sarah S. (Ridge) Dillingham. He was with them in the 1850 and 1860 censuses, listed as 6 and 17 years old respectively. I found civil war records stating that he was a private who died in Camp Wickliffe, KY on 14 Feb 1862, and a military post and national cemetery burial listing listing him in Sullivan County.
My guess is that the stone reads 19y 1m 6d. Part of the stone seems to be chipped off.
