Helen Patricia Cole "Pat" to friends and family, was born on Oct. 21, 1930 and went to her eternal home on Feb. 26, 2013. The fourth child of Ben and Amanda, she was the sister to Louise, Erla and Paul.She enjoyed many life-long friends from her home towns of Thorp and Ellensburg and lived in Edmonds for the past 60 years. Pat and her husband, Ray, shared many good times with neighbors and church family and made many memories traveling through the U.S. and Canada. Pat was the first Teacher's Assistant hired for Westgate Elementary, and stayed in touch with many of her coworkers throughout retirement years.Pat leaves behind her beloved husband of 62 years, Ray Cole; her cherished daughter Stephanie (Roger); grandchildren Gavin, Matthew, Brian, and Karina; and dear nieces and nephews including those she considered as sons, Stan (Terri), Steve (Julie), and Rod.
