Rose Anne Browning, 84, passed away Monday morning, October 28, 2013 at Barrington Senior Living Center in Largo, FL. She was born in New Castle, IN, on April 24, 1929, the daughter of Russell and Marguerite Holaday. Rose was a 50-year member of New Castle O.E.S. #116 and the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary. She was also an avid Colts and Pacers fan and loved to watch tennis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Browning; two sons, Gregory Browning and Larry Browning; and a sister, Mable Lee McCoy.
