Peg was born in Paducah, Kentucky on November 5 1908 to Bill and Willie (Tucker) Young and moved to Toppenish as an infant.
On June 13, 1931, in Toppenish, Peg married Karl Koboski. Peg was very active in the community. She was a lifetime member of the Ilahee Chapter of the Eastern Star, a member of the Methodist Church in Toppenish, the Hospital Auxiliary and Mt. Adams Golf Club. She always had a helping hand for all.
Peg is survived by her daughter, Kay (Doug) Kuyath of LaCenter, WA and a son, Karl (Margery) Koboski Jr. of Seneca, South Carolina. She is also survived by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Preceding Peg in death was her husband Karl, sisters, Knoxie and Lela and brothers, Paul and Harold.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 17 from 9:30 am until Noon at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the gravesite at Zillah Cemetery on Monday, Nov. 17, 2003 at 1:00 pm.
Colonial Funeral Home is handling the funeral arrangements.
