Irene M. Adermann was born March 14, 1910 at Pierpont, SD to parents Royal Jasper and Bessie (Sturges) Moulton. She was a 1927 High School graduate at Cando, ND and attended Huron College at Huron, SD, graduating in 1932 with a Teaching Degree in History and a minor in English. Irene also took a one year bookkeeping and clerical course at Mankato.
On Nov. 9, 1941 she was united in marriage to Emil W. Adermann at Mankato. Irene worked as a bookkeeper at Kindy Optical in Minneapolis for seven years and served as church organist for many years.
She enjoyed reading, playing the piano and organ and all forms of music.
Irene passed away Wednesday, Aug. 4 at Northridge Residence in Ortonville.
Survivors include two daughter, Beverley and husband, Joe Vavra of Faribault, and Lynn and husband, Bruce Hegrenes, of Duluth; two sons, Elroy Adermann and wife, JoAnn, of Ortonville and Wayne Aderman and wife, Marilyn, of Coon Rapids, and five grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, one sister, one brother and spouse.
