Rites Are Held At Binger For Former Caddoan
BINGER- Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Baptist church at Binger for Jewell Arthurs, who died Tuesday, April 9, in the Sequoia hospital in
Fresno, Calif.
Mr. Arthurs had been a resident of Caddo county for many years. He was born
in Illinois in 1904. He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers,
Ernest and Harold.
Survivors include the wife, Edna, of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Mrs.
Florence Mendell, Oklahoma City and Mrs. Edna Duncan, Kingfisher; a son,
Theodore, Clovis, Calif.; his father, John N. Arthurs, Delano, Calif.; five
brothers; four sisters; and nine grandchildren.
