Anita Louise Stewart Bach, 91, of Milton, Florida passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2013. Born on October 25, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois, Anita attended MacMurray College for Women in Jacksonville, Illinois from 1940 to 1942. She was also trained in 1942 at Illinois Institute of Technology, Engineering, Drafting and Machine Design in Chicago, Illinois. In 1945, she became a graduate of Parson's School of Design in New York and Paris, a foundation from which she started her own business, Anita Stewart Interiors and subsequently was listed in the Who's Who in American Women. She was a member of the Pace Presbyterian Church in Pace, Florida. Anita was married to Alfons Bach from May 23, 1953 until his death on August 19, 1999. She is also preceded in death by her son, Alfons S. Bach. She is survived by three children, Alexander S. Bach of Milton, Florida; Florence Bach of Ottowa, Canada; Betsey Ann Gooder of Franklin, North Carolina; four grand-children and five great-grandchildren.
