PERCY L. BULLARD, 43, of Nesbit, Miss., employee of Superb Maintenance Service Inc., died yesterday at Methodist Hospital. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. He was a member of Halliburton Baptist Church in Nesbit. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Wanda Bullard; two daughters, Miss Sharon Bullard and Miss Felicia Bullard, and a son, Percy L. Bullard Jr., all of Nesbit; three sisters, Mrs. Claudine White and Mrs. Lessie T. Nelson, both of Memphis, and Mrs. Pearlene Muse of Byhalia, Miss.; seven brothers, Leonard Bullard, Worthy C. Bullard, Luke Bullard and Carl Bullard, all of Memphis, Strickland Bullard of Nesbit, Lawrence Bullard of Holly Springs, Miss., and Eddie M. Bullard of Colorado Springs, Colo.
