Linda Carlene Handle was born on October 14th, 1949 in Hulbert, OK the daughter of Carl Shade and Linda Rattling Gourd-Shade. She attended Business College and obtained her certificate in the secretarial arts. She married her husband, Nathaniel Joe "Earl" Handle in July of 1969 at Keener Baptist Church. This union was blessed with five children. Linda had a zest for life. She enjoyed every moment spent with her family and it showed. Linda loved people and had the outgoing, bubbly personality to prove it. Linda was a member of the Keener Baptist Church and enjoyed any chance she got to be with her church family. Her health began to fail and the Lord called Linda home from her labors on October 26th, 2013 in Keys, OK with all of her loving family by her side. Linda was 64 years old. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Anderson Shade, one great grand daughter, Madison Handle, and her father and mother-in-law, Dick and Georgia Handle.
