Clyde Amundson, 69, of Momence, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 1996 at his residence.
There will be no visitation.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Momence cemetery. The Rev. Patricia Rittenhouse will officiate.
Memorials may be made for family wishes.
He was born Jan. 30, 1927 in Cable, Wis., the son of Adolf and Violet Ward Amundson.
His first wife, the former Winifred Moody, whom he married Feb. 7, 1955, in Hayward, Wis. is deceased.
Surviving are his wife, the former Elaine Riggs, whom he married Feb. 3, 1979 in Reno, Nev; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Carl Amundson and Chris and Nancy Amundson, all of Fairbury, Neb; three daughters and one son-in-law, Debby and Doug Lichty of Fairbury and Patricia and Sharon Amundson, both of Beatrice, Neb; one stepson and step-daughter-in-law, Curt and Patty Ralston of Momence; one stepdaughter, Lynne Kinney of Momence; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Lloyd and Edna Amundson of Junction City, Ore, and Donald and Martha Admundson of New Jersey.
Two brothers and one sister are deceased.
Mr. Amundson had been a construction worker and welder for Gemini Steel Co. in Momence.
He served in the U.S. Army Occupation force in Japan during World War II.
