Mrs. Obediah Brown (Lovinna Harmes) died at her home in Charter Grove on Tuesday last at 59 years of heart disease, from which she had been a great sufferer for several months. She leaves a husband, a brother, Mr. Harmes (John J.) of Charter Grove and a sister (Julia), Mrs. Charles Gorton of Elgin to mourn her death. The funeral
was held on Thursday at Charter Grove M.E. Church, Rev. George Sahlin of the Universal
Church officiating and the internment was in the Charter Grove Cemetery.
