Loren "Hank" Aufdenkamp, 82, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Kenesaw Haven Home, Kenesaw, NE. Hank was born December 29, 1928 to Henry E. and Rosina (Steiner) Aufdenkamp in Heartwell, NE.

Hank graduated from the Kenesaw High School in 1946. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict from 1951 to 1953. He married Leva Boroff on August 29, 1953 she passed away in 1982. He was a farmer and also worked for New Holland in Grand Island, NE for several years.

Hank loved sports, cooking and spending time with his family.

Hank was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Kenesaw, NE and the Kenesaw American Legion.

Hank was preceded in death by his parents, wife Leva, two infant sons, sister Lois Kistler, brother-in-laws, Jack Kislter, Karl Schueler, Jack Boroff, and John Scott.

Interment was in the Kenesaw Cemetery, Kenesaw, NE with military rites.
