***** Victor: I was in the TEC and then the DSP fraternity with you, from 1966 to 1968 when you died. I remember your immaculate volkswagen. I remember you always being also immaculately dressed and groomed. You were a model of congeniality and a real gentlemen. You would have been successful at whatever you did. I remember your favorite song, 'I'm in with the in crowd'. You paid the ultimate sacrifice. I thank you for your service, and I'm fortunate to have been your brother. Count on this...you will always be remembered to my last day.

He was killed while in South Vietnam by multiple fragmentation wounds ( grenade explosion ).

His body was recovered.
