Richmond County, died Saturday (11/3/1990)in Victoria General Hospital. Born in West
Arichat, he was a son of the late Isaac and Barbe (Mury) Babin. He was a fisherman and labourer. He is survived by a daughter, Margaret (Mrs. David
Jackson), Greenwood; two sons, John (Jean), Antigonish; Francis, Baie Comeau, Que; two sisters, Sophie (Mrs. John Hart), Scituate, Mass; Dolena (Mrs Jean-Paul Hamel), Drummondville, Que.; two brothers, Albany, Arichat;
Emil, Chateauguay; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Lily; a son, Arthur; a sister, Mary; five brothers, Bonaventure, Charles, Remy, Daniel, Freeman; three infant children. The body
is in C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat, visiting 2-5, 7-9 p.m. today.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Immaculate Conception Church, West Arichat, Rev. Joe Cote officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetery Fund or St.
Anne Community and Nursing Care Centre, Arichat.
