Condolence: Dear Marlene,
I am so sorry to hear about you and your family's loss of Eric. It was only about a couple weeks ago that you & I discussed the possibility that I could speak with him this weekend regarding his interest in going to law school. I know you must all be devastated.
I will be passing through tonight or tomorrow morning, but I won't be in town during Eric's services. I do plan on being in Morgantown most of Sunday and Monday though. If you need to talk or anything, please feel free to give me a call.
You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
