Neriza Fojas, 31, a nurse of Fresno, California passed away near San Mateo, CA on May 4, 2013 as the result of an accident on the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge. She was scheduled to be married in June in the Philippines, and she and several of her friends were on a bachelorette excursion at the time, and were traveling in a stretch limo when the accident occurred.
