He was preceded in death by his parents,Joe Ernest and Mabel Irene Bryant Parnell

Survivors are two sons, Buddy Parnell of Hawkins, Farrar Parnell Jr. of Sulphur Springs. Four daughters, Kay Cross of Lubbock,Saundra Shobert-Grayson, Sheena Parnell,and Neena Boswell-Price, all of Sulphur Springs.

As of Oct.21, 2010 my daddy had 3 surviving children;
