Daughter of the late Walter Preston Armstrong and Lucy Jane Spencer. She was married to Norther "Archie" Lee O'Neal, who preceded her in death on May 13, 1974. She was a lifelong member of Pleasant Grove Church of Christ, where she provided the flowers from her garden for the sanctuary for many years and where she taught Sunday School. She was survived by three sons, Basil L. O'Neal, Earl N. O'Neal, and Stafford O'Neal. She was preceded in death by one brother, Walter Earl Armstrong, in 1924. Her funeral was held at the Pleasant Grove Church of Christ on 12/22/2005 with Leon Williams officiating.
